An Explanation
of the
Solicitor's Agreement with Place Financial Advisors of Manlius, New York
In April of 2005, The Accounting Firm of Hirschey and Associates of Lowville, New York, entered into a solicitor's agreement with Place Financial Advisors of Manlius, New York. Under the terms and conditions of this agreement, the principals: John C. Hirschey, CPA and Bryan M. Place, CLU, ChFC, CFP agreed to partner to bring effective, affordable financial management services to the clients of The Accounting Firm of Hirschey and Associates.
John C. Hirschey will solicit potential clients on behalf of Place Financial Advisors. He will schedule appointments, provide facilities for such appointments, meet with both Bryan M. Place and the client during scheduled meetings, make follow up contacts with both Bryan M. Place and the client, and schedule and attend any additional meetings that each client may require. Should the client decide to engage Place Financial Advisors, The Accounting Firm of Hirschey and Associates receives a portion of the fee charged by Place Financial Advisors for their Financial Management and Advisor Services. No other fees are charged the client such as hourly accounting fees, or tax or accounting consulting fees. [BACK]
